I absolutely adored the flower arrangements in this resto. It greeted us the moment we entered into the dining area.
New menu booklet printed in a better quality and thicker material.
By the way, Jenny served us. She was really nice and wore a lovely smile.
Fresh green salad with tomatoes and carrots. I'm not sure what's the name of the dressing though. All I knew was it was too sour for me.
Drinks: Thai iced tea, sweet lemon-grass iced tea, water for Yna and Flying dog beer for the birthday boy
Can you see the lemon-grass tied into a knot? We all tasted it and everyone said it lacked chicken in it. hahahahaha.
Pad Preaw Whan. Thai style sweet and sour with onion, pineapple, cucumber, pepper, grape and tomato. $9.50
I loved this a lot.
Pad Thai . Stir fried thin rice noodle in homemade sauce with peanut, egg, scallion and bean sprout. $9.50
Jay chose the dish from their Friday Lunch Special Menu - Ka Prao Gai (marked with three red asterisk for very spicy). It's stir fried minced chicken with basil, green bean and sweet pepper in chili garlic sauce served with steamed Jasmine rice. $8.50
This was really delicious but super spicy and the fried egg on top of the steamed rice was a surprise since it wasn't mentioned in the menu.
Pad See Eew . Stir fried wide rice noodle with broccoli, egg and sweet black soy sauce. $9.50
This was delicious too with a smokey taste in it.
I was looking forward for dessert. Oh yeah!
Chocolate Fondant . Chocolate layer cake filled with a rich chocolate cream . $6 . This isn't Thai at all but the kids wanted it.
Kanom Tuay . Thai coconut and rice cake with sweet golden thread . $6
I didn't know what's the yellow thread on top but this was to die for.
There were no misspelled words on the menu booklet. Beverage and passion were corrected already. But I saw one outside in this board. Find the misspelled word.
