The purest white of all of the bitter melon variety is found off the coast of Okinawa, Japan.

This is called the "Jyunpaku" Pure White Bitter Melon.

No wonder the seeds were mahal when Jay bought them for me last year. It was a dollar per seed, plus it was so hard to get hold of this. It's always sold out.

This is my first time growing them, and I am planning to grow more next year.
