Went to a drive-thru to buy chicken for the boy. He said he missed Popeye's fried chicken ,and wished that would be his meal for the weekend. So one Saturday, we granted his wish.
I was driving, so I ordered. It's usually the mister.
"I'd like to get a No. 2, please!"
"What's your sides?"
"Fries and mashed potato!"
"What about your drink?"
"I'd like a root beer, please!"
"I'm sorry. We don't have root beer. We only have Dr. Pepper!"
What? Dr. Pepper is not a root beer!?
I did not know that!
So, what is it?
Just a soda?
