September 24, 2022 - Cha-ching!

 I acquired this 63 year old box of language flash cards at a hospital thrift shop's bi-annual brown bag sale. This sale means that whatever you can fit in a provided brown bag, it only costs $5.

I was looking for something small to fill in my bag, I saw this lone small box of flash cards on an empty shelf near the linen aisle.

I picked this 1959 Parent Teacher Aids French Phrase-Sentences flash cards Set 1.

I wasn't even sure if it was a complete set. I just knew that someone out there would buy it!

And yes, it was sold yesterday at my Etsy shop to a buyer in New England.
