A Quick Trip To Ikea

It has been awhile since the last time we went to this store, IKEA in College Park, Maryland. The kids love it here too, specifically the play area. Ten years ago, we let the children enjoy it while the mister and I look around. After a couple of hours. we'd go to the restaurant and they go back to the play area again after.

The other week, we came back to get some stuff for the living room. What was different this time was the young lady couldn't come, and the boy is over aged for the play area. However, we three got to enjoy looking around the store. He got to decide with the mister and I now. His opinion matters.

I really liked this print. I will try to make something like this in the future.

I think it would be really cool to work in a place where you fix the table and the rooms all the time without really having to clean it and wash the fabrics and sheets.

You just choose the colors, patterns and designs for a showroom. I like that.

This would really be nice, but so far I am contented with my kitchen---small, cozy and it's working fine despite the old 20 plus year old refrigerator.

I was really tempted to buy these Autumn/Halloween colored plastic straws for a cheap price, but on second thought, it's not nice for the environment.

I love this photo/print. Such a great capture of the effects of light.

This time, we got to try the smoked salmon with dill and spinach. I went to heaven when I was in the fabric area and I went back to heaven again when I had this.

This is definitely included in my happy thoughts now. It was so good!

Before we headed home, we stopped by at their food store and bought almond cakes and cinnamon buns. By the way, I love these packaging for ketchup and mustard.
