The boy has been begging me to bake meat filled pastries.
These are cousins of empanada minus the deep frying-- Baked Giniling-filled Turnovers.
* Giniling is a Filipino dish with ground pork, onion, garlic, and a mix of chopped vegetables, usually potato, green beans and carrots. Seasoned with salt and pepper.

I Saw that this is a tipical salate plate. It seems delicious. I never eated that. Its a pity for me. Perhaps I can eat one day.
