Last Saturday, the mister and I bought King Oyster mushrooms to grill. There were 5 in the pack, and we only cooked 3.
For the last 2, I decided today to prepare it Filipino adobo style.
The texture seems like the fat part of the pork sans the high fat content, the cloying taste of it and the guilt when eating it.
I could finish everything in the pan, but I had to leave some for the boy.
I think this will also be good paired with roasted or steamed sweet potatoes.

This is a must try if you're vegan or vegetarian if you wish to add boiled eggs in it.
