Smile!

For the first time in a long time, the person who picked up my call at my doctor's office sounded so bright and pleasant.

There were two female clerks at my doctor's front office. They sound unhappy when they answer phone calls. If you go to the office, they're the first two who'll greet you. They also look unhappy in person. Never have I recalled them smile at me.

I've heard and read about complaints of the clerks at this office. What kept me going there are my doctor and her staff. They're the opposite of what's in the reception.

Well, today was an exception. It was a male clerk named Will on the line. He was cheery and very accommodating. He sounded like the total opposite of the first two females who worked there. I hope they're gone, or maybe just moved to a different part of the office.

Will was sunshine for today's cloudy and misty day.
