A Mini Reunion

I don't normally publish posts like this, but this was an exception. I have many friends from childhood, high school, and college that tours around Washington D.C., but all of them are in time constraints that I don't get to see them. Yesterday was a first. It was probably late last year when Maita told me that she'd like to see me and that she might come to Washington D.C. with her daughter in the summer. As far as I can remember, the last time I saw her was in high school, and so with Chiribel too. We all went to different colleges.

So glad, Maita (from Texas) and Chiribel (North Carolina) and their families came to see me and my family. It felt the world got smaller yesterday too. You see, Chiribel's husband, Jojo and the mister have common friends back home, and they're both from Davao City. Complete amazement!



It's been over 20 long years, and there was so much to talk about. There's just so many things to ketchup!

We were glad they came over and visited us. It was just a 4-hour non stop catching up, but definitely we all had a wonderful time.
